Completing the experience, the hotel offers two outdoor thermal pools nestled in the tranquility of the park with sea views — an invitation to daily relaxation and wellness.
The varying water temperatures allow you to enjoy the thermal benefits at any time of day, alternating quiet moments in the sun with regenerating dips.
For those interested in exploring the therapeutic power of Ischia’s waters and muds, a free shuttle service is available to the Health & Beauty Club at Hotel Continental Terme, part of our hotel group.
This state-of-the-art wellness center, affiliated with the Italian National Health Service, offers expert guidance to choose personalized health and beauty programs: thermal baths, mud masks, toning massages, and natural treatments designed to restore balance to body, mind, and spirit. Entry is subject to a fee.
Thermal Pools
The hotel offers two thermal water pools of varying sizes and temperatures. Surrounded by spacious sunbathing areas with loungers and umbrellas, they provide the perfect setting for a relaxing, revitalizing bath, always accompanied by a wonderful view of the Gulf of Naples.
Both pools are open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The Garden Pool is surrounded by a soft English lawn with a wide sunbathing area overlooking the beautiful Cafiero Bay.
The Panoramic Pool, with its sun deck and spectacular views of the Neapolitan coastline, is about 20 meters long, ideal for toning the body and improving circulation.
